Is it possible to make with video editing a 10 minute video like 60 minutes long (basically duplicate the video 5 times) and upload it as an 60 minute video (it basically repeats 5 times) and monetize like this or at least to have a long video for Watch Hours?

I've so many experience before I create my own method bro. I tired so many different ways to get monetized. This is a one of them. If he lucky only he can get monetization and keep it for long time. If not he will get red alert in the manual review. Now it's really hard to get monetized. If he add one video only to get watch hours they started to looking into that video and they pass it to advanced review. after that review most probably what happen is getting disqualify from YPP. Reused and no value added content as the reason.

Let's say if he got the YPP approval from this video. But he can't set this video into private mode or unlisted after got YPP. if he do that watch hours will drop and it will cause to lose monetization. and if someone report that video by giving reasons(because it's in public) YT will take a look into that and then he will loss his all efforts. what a waste.

I hope he will lucky enough to have good time with YPP.
