SEO Experiment : Posting 5 Articles a Day For 3 Months

Very interesting, can’t wait to see the traffic after a while. Good luck.

What niche? Is the niche competitive?
What about the domain? Is it generic or is it brandable?

Hello,

I tried the same strategy two years ago and what I can tell you is content without proper keyword research and on-page SEO have no to little chance to rank.

Looking forward to see how it will work for you and wish you the best of luck.

Agreed. this is the hardest (most time consuming?) part of cranking out 500 word articles.

All the best on your journey.
I am also doing something similar, posting 3 articles per day of 1,500 words each.
I managed to get a native English speaker to write for me at $30 for total of 20 articles.
Talk about a steal :)

I think this is the best approach. Creating content for three months and later taking SEO steps.
This process will surely work for you.

Most of the outsiders speak&write better English than actual americans. You finding a guy from the US who writes cheap it ain't a hell of a deal. If he can't make the difference between you're and "youre" I already have a great view on how quality the content is. L o L

Go figure :)
Plus the writer is from native USA.
Guess I found an unpolished gem.

Nah if she did that I wouldn't have hired her in the first place.
I'm trying to give her as much articles to write before she figures out she's severely underpaid.

Are you sure they aren't sending you scraped/expired content? lol
Nobody from the USA would ever write 20 articles for a total of $30.
I'm serious. This would never happen.

Hard to fathom i know lol that's what i felt initially.
However I've checked everything and it all checks out. Only thing is that it takes longer as 20 articles take time. But she's kind enough to send over what she has completed progressively so im getting like 5 articles per day on average until she finishes her 20.
I think she's new to this industry, she doesn't know the going rate for these things lol. From her looks I'd say she's 50ish years of age

Good luck.. i Will follow your work... Lately i post 1 articles per day and the progress ia good

@InstaRank
Your thread has generated quite some feedback!
It seems like people are really interested, including some suggestions in steering the experiment but I feel that without seeing the numbers nobody can help in giving suggestions... For instance if you get your audience used to short blog posts, you might lose some of this audience if you double post length.. All this should be measured...
Have you goten anu shareable results from this experiment yet?
Or do you feel three months is too short to make any assumptions if your blog will survive?
