Best Method for Growing Clothing Brand!

As title says, trying to grow my clothing brand's instagram. I've been a lurker for YEARS (since 2014). Back then you can just set followliker up and grow. Does followliker still work? I heard instagram is more strict. Any ideas to help would be greatly appreciated ! So far I have a service thats $30 a month for 100 likes on each one of my posts from Real accounts to help hit explore page / pop up on feeds. I was thinking of making alt accounts and buying a top comment bot for $80 a month to advertise and link back to my clothing page. Is that worth it? Any advice would be amazing !
