this type of backlink will increase the DR of any domain but does this have any effects on google ranking? I know a lot of black hat SEO experts are using this method

the most interesting part is that I found this backlink when I analyzing my competitor site but when I try to open wpglory.com. Then it shows me that the domain is park on GoDaddy and when I searched on GoDaddy for this domain it says to me that this... see the screenshot...
i am really confused that why someone is doing this? any idea??

I doubt that Ahref's DR is increased by this kind of redirects. Moz's DA maybe, but DR unlikely, I don't remember a case, wpglory.com definitely not.

wait I am giving you an example .... even ahref DR is increasing with this strategy
