Classified ads
These required some manual work to do but then you dont have to spend anything but time.

I think I should have phrased my response properly. What I meant was participating in groups on FB and sharing links to his website in the groups
Are you asking for a super secret method that guarantees free traffic? because there's nothing like that. typically, it's a toss up between SEO and social media marketing... both require a lot of work but both can yield a good amount of traffic for free... you can check out forum sites that are specifically catering to the services that you offer, but my experience in that have been mixed...

It's a bit scary that your name is "digital marketing agen(cy?)" and you don't know how to promote. It shows how doomed this industry is getting. Just reach out to people and promote your services. It's one of the few ways to get free traffic.

I thought you had some kind of trick to running ads for free and were raising curiosity (this is a marketing platform after all)
But even then, apart from paid ads the OP requested info for organic traffic so you're not the only one that misread the question, and don't take any offense as we are all here to learn . Only @thelaptopbucks seems to have replied to the OP's question...
Just look up the definition for organic traffic:
"Visitors who are considered organic find your website after using a search engine like Google or Bing, so they are not “referred” by any other website.
The easiest way to increase the organic traffic of your website is to publish quality and relevant content on your blog regularly."
This means that, ater putting in the work of posting valuable replies and constructively participating in whatever forum, Facebook group, etc., and linking to your offer/blog can obviously generate free traffic but this is not organic...

Social media Platforms are best way to drive traffic for free. To drive traffic through social media you need to know how to use every feature effectively. It is better to find a creative way to get traffic from social media than spamming. Just use your own tweaks to existing methods. All social media platforms works differently but it will be more easier to learn after some experience with one platforms.
