I'm sure this would be of help. Much appreciated!
This is correct point and analyse. If you have High DA, nothing else matters, even if you write gibberish. But they said page speed score (FID, CLS, LCP) will be a ranking factor fro 2021, better to fix this now if you have low DA.
Page Speed may be a vanity metric but if google says you need 75, you need to achieve that for better rankings.
Gtmetrix score- I don't care that much. I care about the things that show up on search console (FID, CLS, LCP) which impact rankings.
I think that even google doesn't know what they are doing with FID, CLS, LCP. But hey if its in the search console I need to fix that.
Yeap it is exactly different technique.doesn't plugins like wp-rocket do the same thing?
Bump to this.I don't know to code and I have been struggling for too long on this issue would you give me a hand, please. thank you
Stop chasing scores , percentage & colors- they are meaningless and even the good scores can lie.
There are optimization techniques that can trick out the testers but you have to dig deeper, beyond the scores, to the data. Each online tester gives you part of the answer![]()
Cool, I'll try it. But what benefits does it have? Does it make any impact ?
I don´t think is fair to use such an authoritative site like Amazon to validate your point. This is accurate.
Page Speed Insights tool is irrelevant. Nothing more than a vanity metric.
You need to make sure that your site has a fast time to first byte and content paint times.
Don't manipulate your code for a vanity score, instead making sure the page loads fast for the user.
Don't believe me?
Check out Amazon on Gtmetrix. I think Amazon may have spent one or two dollars on optimising their website in the last 20 years or so...

Ignore the scores and the headings look at the details especially the waterfall. If you don’t know how to interpret the waterfall click on the help there’s plenty of documentation on how to interpret it and fix it.Have you got recommendations
ThanksThird-party speed tests (including Google's) are there to help you identify potential issues with your site. They don't and aren't directly related to your actual organic rankings. Though, if you take into consideration what you need to improve you might see better organic rankings over time.
