Are old Google Adsense valuable?

Hi,
I was wondering if there is any value associated with old Google Adsense Accounts? I have someone offering me $1000 for the Google Adsense account created back in 2013 and the domain linked with that account.
Although I am not using it (domain + Adsense account), I thought I could get rid of it.
Before that, I wanted to know are they useful, since he is offering that amount.

Wow, i think mine is from 2005 and I was just kicking around using it to try adsense on a niche site but I never would have thought it would have that level of intrinsic value.
