Sir, I am sorry to disappoint, but there are very few counterparties left that would accept that.
Individual non-reportable accounts are new offshores. Old structures (Belize, BVI etc) are dying. I am convinced about that.
If you plan to move some assets to that entity - don't.

I can give insight for free regarding operations with existing payment processors, brokers, wealth management and their credit risk. Thats the biggest misperception out there when people trust something that has higher credit risk than most people realize, say wirecard, and they are hurt when the house of cards collapses. Or epayments could be another recent example that my clients totally avoided.

For a fee my team helps set up individual and corporate wealth management infrastructure with mininal risk and operating expenses. But thats a separate conversation.
