Can i make money through spinning content ???

Hey, newbie here, recently I make a WordPress website for news and stuff and I can't that much also, I don't have money for copywriters so, for now, I take content from a big news website and spin the content with the help of tool and take little bit help of free Grammarly tool and publish it. so I want to know can I make money through this with AdWords or not. my website is not complete yet - http://www.simpliinfo.com.

If you don't have money, there's no point to bother with PPC or media buys. You need hundreds (at the absolute very least), ideally thousands of dollars to just throw down the toilet to receive enough data to optimize your campaigns.

There was a seller here offering a service around trending seo keywords. If you were do re-launch the website using a similar concept and perhaps upgraded to vps or dedicated hosting if you insist on using wordpress to help reduce bounce rate.

Yeah, You can do outreach it by yourself. There are a lot of free backlink guest posts sites available.
But you can't expect quality while you are getting it free. That kind of backlinks will not help you either in SERP.

A better approach might be to create hyper-local news aggregators. For example, rajnandgaon.simpliinfo.com or ludhiana.simpliinfo.com (sorry, I know nothing about Inda, just picked random places from a google map).

Promote them through Facebook pages, groups, etc.

Create local discussion forums on the site (Topix in the US used to be a great example).

Don't try to monetize on day one. Build local followings & then slowly introduce monetization.

seems very helpful. this can apply on categories also I think like entertainment and tech or health news and as you say if I want to make a news website it needs to be hyper-local.
