Just saw a domain on Uniregistry - lightify.net. It's listed for $700, would this be a good investment to flip? GoDaddy values this at over $1k...

I would rather buy a fresh domain and spend $700 on articles, lol

However, it all depends if you can sell it again, If this is your first time buying to sell a domain, then your budget should be more the $100 mark, so you can afford to lose that. Once you have bought and sold about 20, then you might develop a nose for guessing if you can flip domains at a higher level.
