Hi!

Looking for a designer for a custom PDF for a real estate related business.

The PDF will be the digital proposal to be sent to all potential customers.

It will include text (that I will provide), and graphics, colors, photos and/or illustrations.

Need someone with experience developing flat illustrations (will need around 6 inside the PDF) and messing with colors, graphics, photos etc.

Content will be made of a cover, 6-7 pages with different text content, but very similar design, and and end page.
