Website disappear

Whenever i build guest post link to my website, it disappear from google search.
If i manually submit to reindex it come at lower position otherwise stay invisible.
This is happening from last 2 month.
Please suggest what to do.

Its guest post backlink and few other compititor backlinks. Whenever add new guest post website disappear. Same happening from 2 month.

Yes all unique...even few blog post anr ranking on first page.
But the 4 main page i want to rank disappear after every good backlink like guest post.

Bro it is not related to normal indexing.
It is disappear after creating backlink.
