How do i get cheap external traffic?

I have a Quora Partner program account, and I need external traffic to make it work ( the top guys are doing it, making about 4k per month). Does anyone have a good way to get cheap external traffic? What are the odds of being caught?
I might have like 30$- 60$ in budget for this.

The more external traffic you have, the more $ the question generates, so if i can gather enough external traffic I can make loads of money. I have anaylyzed the top dogs, and all of their questions have over 10k of external traffic, so I'm wondering how can i do the same, and if there is a service that allows me to buy it for cheap

use 7 day trials on all backlink creators, then vpn and different PC, and start trial again. or buy backlinks. heaps of cheap ones on here

It's random, the more active you are, the higher the chances. You need to ask questions and answer for a long time

that's how it is, back then it used to be only from internal traffic, now it seems that they want only external.
I believe it's also an intended loophole.

Intended loophole? Won't they ban you then. This makes no sense. Besides that you can try any advert. services like facebook or taboola if roi is on the positive side(and if they don't care about tier 3's) & many others or traffic services from bhw itself but most are js traffic. Really cheap though.

I can tell you're looking for a specific solution but the real answer is long-term consistency. Grow a few channels to 50k viewers a month and use them as authority sources. I tend to stick to white hat resources because getting caught and losing money is a waste of time to me.
