I am very new to backlinks DA PA etc. Today I saw an ad on the internet and it was offering me DA 40, PA 40 for just $3. Is it possible? Do they really deliver what they say? Can make my newly built site DA 40 ?

Secondly, you should be able to gauge the quality by the price and more specifically how much time and effort the seller is likely to put in for that amount of money.

Thirdly, cheap links and cheap seo packages tend to get abused by the masses and the links built via those types of services tend to become very low quality over time.

Also a single link from a DA 40 site will not make your site DA 40.

Even if it did, it's still a third party metric

The ad must be saying they will give a do-follow link from "DA 40 WEBSITE"
it's definitely not that they are going to make your site metrics to DA 40....

Da, Pa is not the only metrics in the market but the amount they are quoting can hardly buy a link on a pbn site with spun content. most likely those $3 will be waste.

In this situation, a $3 backlink may be harmful rather than helpful.
