most likely your site can get hacked with malware, but that is also less often these days.

Using a cracked theme poses no threat, however a lot of the themes can contain malicious codes which can change the way your site works, basically a web shell.

When it comes to free plugins and themes, I always trust @Festinger

Mate, you think it really matters that a website on Page 34 of google is using cracked theme :-D
Be careful of malicious code if any type of payment gateway is involved.

Please don't use a theme who's source you don't know. For some reason these malware specialists always seem to hit you exactly when you start getting some traffic to your site. Avoid it all costs. I have personally wasted hundreds of hours coz of cracked themes and plugins. It's cheaper to pay
