No More Business with PayPal

A few days ago, I created a USA PayPal account and bought a Real SSN #, VCC, and VBA from a seller and verified it. Then suddenly, I got this email today.
Can anyone tell me, what might be the reason? Is it for VCC and VBA or the problem is from my side?

I just wanted to start my dropshipping journey and needed a stealth business PP account.

I'm glad I had no money on it.

You said you bought some info to use its highly likely they tied it into the other persons account and saw it was fraudulent. I know Paypal is hard to do in certain countries and you gotta do what you gotta do, but even legit real accounts get limited and banned.

Were you using some VPN/Public proxy?
Is the seller of the VCC/VBA trusted?

Simply check all the factors, since you didn't sell anything yet, you did something wrong somewhere

I don't understand why people always bitching about Paypal when they actually violate their TOS and commits a serious crime called IDENTITY THEFT. People went to jail in my country for this.
