Tik tok for India..

there is a huge potential in India for an app like tik tok...
some apps available in play store but all are sucks not flexible as tik tok and some apps aren't able to load properly but have more than 1M installation.
what if something comes like tik tok, will people use that??
is anyone there who can create app like tik tok(100% clone)??

I had checked Chingari it's pretty well...but there are many things like news, games etc. so it's bit massed...
