I cannot request payment on Payoneer, why??

I have been using Payoneer since 2018 and I have 3,400 USD in balance. I was never able to request payments from ANY country even USA, CANADA, etc.. I dont understand why! I always would send invoices with PayPal and then transfer over to Payoneer which costs me %7 of the amount!! instead of paying just %3 to Payoneer using their invoice system!!!

Does anyone have any idea? I searched for a solution a lot and never got an answer.

Ask their support and see what they say about this, but from what I know you need to reach 5k or something paid from companies/others in order to unlock some features around there.

I think that it really matters on what country you are.

i used to have this feature on my account, at least i was able to issue a receipt for 2 clients before the feature was disabled (dont have up to $100 then)
