Hey, does anyone know the method to upload PDF files to different edu sites?

You will definitely know what I'm talking about if you have seen it before. I'd love to know how they are doing it.

It’s basically hacked websites which they use to upload .pdf and rank easily.
 
Uploading pdf the edu sites is easy, however indexing and ranking them is hard. Anyone here can help, how to index PDF link fast?
 
From what I can see I think they use drupal webform to upload the pdf to the edu sites, they allow anonymous users to upload without even being on the site..

It seems "drupalgeddon" is working again for ranking.

I can't find the PoC or exploit code anywhere though... :(
 
Someone show me how to upload the pdf and I'll show you how to get it ranked quickly
