You can see the number of the posts on the right side of your replies:

This collection of threads is aimed specifically at Newbies and anyone who has a question about how things work around here. We've got 'how to' guides, FAQs, general information, and various insights into why BlackHatWorld is run the way it is.

If you have a question that you don't want to post publicly, you can of course http://support.blackhatworld.com, but read through these threads first, as you might find we've already answered it for you.

The 15 posts limitation is for sending private messages only. If you have a question and you want to create a new thread, you can do that without any restrictions (read this: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/how-to-create-a-thread.1042189/).
