Hey everybody!

I have a Instagram account around 210K followers. The niche is in the "luxury" niche, more specifically mansions. Was wondering if any of you guys had some tips/ideas on how I could monetize this page. Would love any advice.

Thanks!

Shoutouts?

Yeah, have been doing that. Shoutouts don't bring in huge amounts of money, I feel like I could get way more potential out of this account.

Next level clothing line?

Sign up for a real estate affiliate site and show off available mansions on their sites.

I would certainly create my own clothes brand but you could make big money by building your own dropshipping store with chains or watches! I have an instagram account of viral videos and have a dropshipping store with cool products :) Making good cash

how long it took you to reach 210 K followers - good niche I belive there must be some spoiled big boys who are able to spend big so target expensive things like Yatch

I'm not sure how IG's business accounts work but I'd try and take a look at your demographics. I have a feeling most of the people following the page probably aren't people who can afford to buy a mansion. What they likely can afford, though, is products that give them the "feeling" of being wealthy, ie: luxury household items or luxury products that don't have luxury price tags. Since you have a massive following, I'd try to post some "engagement content" -- pictures of an item you might want to sell -- and ask the thoughts of the followers. That's a dead-simple way to test the response. Just my $0.02

how about sell them an ebook on like "How to become Millionaire in COVID-19" and sell a book for $8 - I am sure if they are following luxury they will get at least a book related to luxury/rich

Yeah, I have been thinking of starting a watch store.

You should try giveaways selling

What do you mean by "giveaway selling"?

Started the page myself from 0 followers. I'd say its been about a year and a half or two

Really like this idea of posting luxury items and seeing if my followers would be interested. You have any ideas of luxury household items

Good point! Love the idea.
