You've got 18 posts and that guy is Jnr.VIP from 3 years ago. Maybe introduce yourself to the community in a way that doesn't make you seem immediately dislikable.

Also, what he was saying was that people who are banned are typically banned for scamming or dishonest activities. They should stay banned.

Other things like trying to sell behind the backs of the people who run the site without Jnr.VIP are also a large number of bans I would guess. They are also being dishonest and going against the goals of the community so why should they not stay banned (guessing a lot of them had warnings before being banned too).

If someone gets banned it doesn't happen because of accidents. They deliberately do something malicious or outside of the rules. The only reason BHW is at the level it's at is because it is managed well and malicious actors are deincentivised as much as they can be.
