Issue with W3 Total Cache ! Need your help

Hi friends
i'm facing this issue when i try to enter to my WP Dashboard

W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove /home/jadorema/public_html/wp-content/advanced-cache.php. this problem began just after trying to uninstall the W3 Total cache plugin
Even when i manage to enter to my WP Dashboard , i don't find the W3 TC in the installed plugins area ! when i try to install it also it doesn't work ! what should i do to get rid of this ?

i don't find it ! when i enter to " installed plugins " , it's neither installed or desactivated !
and also when i try to install it as a new plugin , it keeps downloading and shows nothing at all

You need to delete these files from you Wordpress wp-content folder through ftp/file manager

i'm beginner but i will search for it ( i think i have to install FilleZilla , connect it with my account and then delete those files)
