Instagram problem: stuck in login email loop

Hi everyone. A friend of mine (not a client, so they haven't been botting / using Jarvee) has been having an issue that I can't fix.

Every time she tries to log in, it asks her to verify her account and then just goes back to the same screen. She has tried different app versions, mobile, desktop, using a VPN... nothing works.

Her profile still exists, she hasn't been banned as far as we can tell, she just can't get in - and as ever, Instagram support is non-existent.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Is she able to fill the verification details or it's is not even letting her to fill up the details?

"It sends me an email to my gmail account and then when I click on the link it asks me to verify it through a code on a random hotmail account"

then the account must have been purchased and the account is trying to be recovered via the original email it was setup with
