Thanks man. About YouTube tutorials, most of them go about the Bush making me get tired of themFirst of all, think on what language or platform you will program your website: HTML, PHP, etc or Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal, etc.
I recommend you to start with WordPress, because it's simple, user friendly and you have a lot of free options ( themes or plugins ). You can also get premium themes for less money, from trusted members, like @Festinger ( he have a really nice service on the forum ).
About learning, Youtube have tons of tutorials.
Before you go online ( buying domain, hosting, etc ), I suggest you to install XAMPP on your local machine and start to play a bit with WordPress.
So, that's said: Start from today, bank from tomorrow.
Cheers!

Alrt.. Can you recommend a YouTube linkIf you meant designing * UI/UX -> Youtube is full of complete series on the same. Cheap and very good courses can be found on Udemy as well. Memeber here have shared so many of Udemy courses, check download section for the same.
Once you get idea about it, practice it out. It is a skill and it will need repetition to get improved. Mark your area like web or print design, tool like PS/Figma/Xd/Corel. Good designers charge sky for their services.
If you were interested in development, then Python/PHP and JS (as its utility is end-less).
Good thing is you can learn alot by free videos on YT in both the scenarios. Once you wish to test it out, join freelancer and join contests over there, there you compete with other designers. Good Luck.

As I said, I'm a novice, I just want to start coz I feel interested in it. So I don't know the best for me to startOK can you please tell me what kind of web developer you want to be? Since as per my understanding some peoples thinks you're a web developer if you set them up a drag and drop saas website.
Programming is like a ditch, the more you dig the further you go. Where do you want to call home?
Alrt man. Thanks.Stay clear of WordPress if you want to be a web developer and not a drag and drop "developer?". Go on freecodecamp try it out, build some simple websites, and then if you are serious about it after that contact me and I will give you a clear path to becoming a full stack dev.
