New or old Gmail for Adwords threshold account

I am newbie to Adwords threshold any body help me which is best Old gmail or new gmail to create a threshold account If old means how old account. Thanks in advance.

Old or aged accounts is much better. like 1 to 5 years old

what about change ip? If acc was created with 1 ip, and after 1 year for exmaple Google see new 2 ip?
It's not hard for security and campaigns?

Nowadays old or new Gmail does not matter in GAds. Infact safer to use a new Gmail (create it yourself and immediately create the GAds account)

How about $350 threshold for new account? Do you sign up thru certain link or just sign up as new ads acct and automatically got the $350? Assume IP n VCC are all from US

US$350 threshold for US GAds you would get by default PROVIDED your IP is not flagged & vcc (card or routing number) is not flagged.

For this reason, US accounts are the most blocked. Many give a threshold but a lot and block. usa accs is very useless
