it is all about enterprises so chances are higher than on snapchat or tiktok for sure.

I don't like that platform. It's full of broke and wannabe CEOs and HRs that don't know what "high salary" means. First they would tell you that they pay as per industry standard, and after they hear what your current salary is; they would be like.. Wow, sorry we can't pay that much. This has been my experience for quite a few occasions. :p

IMHO naukri (in Indian market. Not sure about other markets) and Stackoverflow careers work much much better.

What's your industry/your job/your career? Linkedin is best for something "professional" industries - accounting, finance, HR, etc.

It's biggest so it's a shitshow of every industry.

Try to find professional networking sites in your niche, like stackoverflow for coding, angel for coding in startup etc...

I'm being headhunted weekly by local companies. OP, if you are looking for a job, sign up to as many websites as possible and have a nice CV ready.

Linked is good for finding a job. But, You can not stick with one platform if you are deliberately looking for a job. Maximum job portal sites platforms allow you to sign up free. So you ahead with all platforms.

When you have grown your network and have a decent number of CEOs or HRs in your network, try posting your job requirements and have the persons like your posting for better reach. Applying for Linkedin jobs directly isn’t cheap or effective. Try the first method.

LinkedIn is mostly just people posting incredulous posts about what you shouldn’t be posting on LinkedIn :p

The best way to find job is to make proposals with companies offline, if you go on LinkedIn waiting for a miracle to just pop up and boom you get a job worth millions you’re just dreaming.

LinkedIn is a place where you lick other people's ass and mind's. When you have licked enough certain people, then your hierarchy position rises higher. But yes when you have done this, you have possible way to get jobs from those people you have licked.

I must warn you guys that platform is cruel inside. Many people are just on that platform pleasing other people to elevate their ego and their own position. You can compare the platform to group sex.

ROFL funny but true. :D

The easiest way to get a job is by googling. Here's hwo it works.

Get 50 companies in your local area which fall within your niche. Visit each site and find the career section (they almost always have one). Mail them your CV. I have used this tactic whenever I needed to change my job, in the beginning of my career. In-fact, the first job I got was by doing exactly this.

yes, definitely. You can at least use it to your advantage and find connects that you wouldn't necessarily find without reaching out in person.
