Social Sparrow article service was probably one of the worst experiences here on BHW.
Among all my purchases from sellers here, and I've ordered from several similar sellers from here, he was the most horrible seller of all the ones I have ever dealt with before.
On Jun 17, I placed my single article (1200 words) order and sent him exact instructions on what I need. I only needed to re-write an existing article. That's it. He didn't even need to do research to write about the topic because reading each paragraph and re-writing an article doesn't involve any research whatsoever.
When asked when will I get my article, he said 5 to 7 working days. It sounds long, but I trusted him and believed that he would provide a good article for such a long waiting time.
After 2 days of placing the order, I wanted to cancel/change my order because I had a change of plans in my article plans.
Sparrow's answer was: "I cannot refund or cancel this order, the article is processing, and the writer is working on it."
I explained to him that I want to change my order, or at least let me change it. But Sparrow didn't care about my intentions. Even if I wanted to upgrade and pay him more for a better article, he didn't want to cooperate and gave me weird excuses.
So if he's a writer working on it, I asked how long to finish the single article then? He said "in 48 hours", it's bizarre that a single article of 1200 words would take that long if it's currently processing, and I told him that. After a little discussion, he said he would hurry the writer and make him send it today. However, he didn't send it at the end of the day, and he just lied to me.
The next day arrives, Jun 20, but my article is nowhere to be found. I already knew I had business with a bad liar. After messaging him, he then remembered that he needs to send me the article. About an hour later, he then sent me the article.
I wish I could describe the anger I had when I received the article. It was completely horrible, failed CopyScape Premium test with 14 results from the internet showing where he copied the article exactly word to word.
He claims that all of his articles are 100% CopyScape passed, but it failed Copyscape. He was again caught in a lie.
He claims that all of his articles are Grammarly passed, but the article had a score of 72, which is pretty bad - another lie.
Guess what Sparrow's writer's response was? "only 50 words are coming flagged, but I showed him that the full article is copied from different Quora answers on the internet, along with other website sources.
It was a complete disaster. I never thought such a big seller as him would provide me with a copy-pasted article. Yes, the price was low, but the least you can do is provide a unique written article, and justify the price to provide what you claim in your service description. He failed on this miserably.
I requested him a full refund for this humiliating article provided. After 4 days of waiting, he sent me a copy-pasted article from Google results!! This is beyond outrageous! It showed me what a disrespectful and disgusting seller he is overall. He had decided to issue a refund only when he knew he screwed up and didn't speak furthermore.
He should have canceled my order when I asked him, and not after providing me with an article copied from Google. Also, the article was not re-written from source provided at all, another red light that shows he cannot even complete such an easy task of re-writing an article, which does not require any research.
I had to create a dispute against him on PayPal because he couldn't refund me immediately and waited 3 days for him to refund me the full price paid for this single article. It was a disgrace, and I will not recommend his services at any chance.
I don't think anybody deserves such a service with low-level attention, careless service. He even didn't believe me that the article is fully copied from Quora, I had to send him proof of each and each paragraph of the article that was copied word to word. It shows how lazy he/his writer was when making this article. All this after 4 days of waiting.
TL;DR I ordered a single article 1200 words Low quality from Sparrow's article service. When asked to cancel or change my order, he declined for no reason. After 4 days of waiting, he provided a word to word copied article from Google results. When he knew he screwed up, only then he decided to send a full refund. Got a refund after another 3 days of waiting. His article service is a waste of time and money.
The overall experience of Sparrow's Article service is terrible and awful!
Please consider and think 10 times before ordering from this seller.
