I'd like to know which hosting is the cheapest one for web hosting and can be paid using crypto? Its basically for a portfolio website.

Look at annual hosting reseller plans here on BHW Marketplace. That's the cheapest paid hosting with proof of service and if you contact the seller I bet most will accept crypto.

and since when Hostinger have quality? Never had. So seriously make more research. Before recommeding any EIG company or other similar company.

OVH for example gives 10/0 at Hostinger in terms of Network and Firewall. So I suggest you make better you research about Hosting and Privacy, dmca law, offshore hosting etc.
