Cancelling requests = Unfollow?

Question is simple.
Just wanted to ask If there is a limit to cancelling request?
how much per day? Is cancelling request = unfollow?
Or you get action block are there for those as well?

I actually don't get this part. If you block and then unblock someone, this person automatically stops following you. If you sent a request and then cancel it, you're not following a person. Actually, you didn't, as your request wasn't accepted.

It all depends on the percentage: activity, subscription, unsubscribe and other parameters.

I was asking if we get action blocked for cancelling request like we do for unfollowing.

I don´t know if there is a limit but the conversation rate is extremely low, when I tried this I got like 3 followers for each 100 requests
