Sorry it's national day here and the event was yesterday.
Yes I understand that the order never came because you have not followed the rules on our site. Orders do not stack up on. If you make 5 orders of 100 likes in 5 minutes, only 100 likes will be delivered. You ALWAYS have to wait for the first order to be completed to make a new order. On our side the service get the start count when the order is started and once 100 likes is delivered, the order is marked as completed. In those 5 minutes, the start count will all be the same which is why you faced this issue. Every panel you will use are applying this rule.

And by the way, other panels allow this. No problem whatsoever. Also i asked to cancel orders before they were started, which never happened. I have received 0 plays from you so bad i didnt pay with card. Would have filed for fraud, cause thats what you are. If other panels accept to cancel a not started order, it's probably because the order was not sent to the provider yet.
We have made it so only 1 link can be active on the same service at a time, so now this kind of issue won't ever happen at followiz.

So you admit it was a mistake on your site. Then please refund me and stop making excuses. Even the first 1k wasnt sent. Not even one order came through. Please refund asap as this was your sites mistake.
oh, seem it work now, I check in morning it said complete but I don't see any change, now it working back

I have been a regular followiz user over years. but recently their support has been horrible. The order marked completed in refill guaranteed service but received no refill no refunds. I contacted their support they said they will refill, i waited long i asked them for refund/partial but no response. They don't care about customers anymore .they don't refund nor they will refill better to find other provider to work with.

After going back and forth for a few days, they said they'll contact provider.
After going back and forth again, I've told Zeelive I'll be opening a scam report within 24 hours if I was not refunded the proper amount.
That was like 4-5 days ago.
I have all the screenshots, on mobile along with my order ID and leftover balance, which I'll upload in case Zeelive decides to play dumb, which is expected at this point.

No this was not a mistake on our site, it is part of our rules. But we ask the coder to code something new so this won't happen again.
If you have any issue with orders let me know I will investigate

First order is partialed and second is fully refunded. Your second link is dropping like crazy ... normally provider don't refund that kind of drop but we have done so.

I will still do a refund for your mistake, please send us screenshot of each track you ordered on for proof of current Play count and we will partial the orders that are missing plays on. What do you mean ??? 27397669 is canceled meaning fully refunded and 27281635 is partial to the full quantity meaning it's fully refunded. Here is the screenshot again ...
