Can you suggest any good youtube downloader that can dowload specific time of the video?

example: 2:45 - 3:00 only

Well, out of the mentioned ones, ytcutter doesn't work, it shows "Service temporary unavailable", when you hit the download button.
Tubeoffline does work, but it's not exactly what OP wanted, because it downloads the whole video, there's no trimming option.

Loader.to is another one, which works, but no trimming option either. Although videos can be trimmed fairly easily with FFmpeg: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/e...yt-videos-to-instagram.1241519/#post-13326136

You can paste the Youtube link and trim the video down
