I'm asking if adding Landing Page link in a Text file and ask people to download the file and click on the links , will be considered as lead or will be banned ?

Exactly, most likely you're not gonna get paid.
You have to be creative and make the download the file you want, you could look around for strategies or ideas in this forum man, there is so much info here.

Any thread you recommend ?

If you're promoting a cpa offer, build a pre lander, button to your site, click and download the offer , bang! You get paid. Does it make sense?

Don't do that, it won't last more than a couple payouts most likely. Instead do content locking or network offers that allows incentive. For example I know ViceOffers used to have an adult offer that allowed incentive (very, very unusual) and it paid quite well.

OGAds or CPABuild if you're doing content locking imo, the older networks aren't as great as they used to be from my experience.

Ok so get a custom domain, set up a landing page, you can even create a landing page kinda like fake news let's say from CNN...I'm not sure if you've seen this type of landing , add your content and redirect code when they click on keywords or download button, they wi redirect to offer, and I'm damn sure you will get paid for that...

I am doing this for years, this is completely legit and if there is a CPA network that deny this, you should run away of em....


This is so legit in terms of being paid and not disturbed about....

Don't ask people to download or click a link, it will not convert, offer to them something they need so they feel like clicking on your link and downloading whatever you're offer is.
