How competitive is this niche? Is it profitable? I am considering going into it.

The product is a scam.

Crypto has nothing backing it and the last people to hold before the network collapses lose everything

What is the value you want to add ?

It is gambling, so what can you sell to a gambler?

You cannot build a business without return customers

People that pay others to mine get ripped off.

People that mine themselves will never get ROI (return on investment) because ALL the calculators for "profitability" only include electricty for running the miners. They DO NOT include 1.5X additional electricity to COOL the machines. There is no free lunch.

Do it yourself.

Visit bitmain.com or ebay to see the cost of an Antminer.

Check hardware cost and electricity cost.

Then plug them in to a profit calculator.

THEN add 150% to the electric cost. .10 per KWH goes to .25 per KWH

Then see how much you are making or losing

Sincerely,

The Eye

Some cryptocurrencies definitely have something backing them. A lot of them even have deals with billion dollar companies. Mining cryptocurrencies is almost never worth it but investing can be quite lucrative if you do your research. Also most new cryptocurrencies aren't even proof of work, they are proof of stake or some other system that doesn't waste energy.

It's a sham. And illegal is so many countries around the world. Avoid is the best word

You have to be more concrete to get a meaningful answer to it.

Are you developing another cryptocurrency coin?
Affiliate site promoting exchanges/coins?
A signals platform for traders?

What it is that you are planning to do?

An affiliate blog probably

In my opinion you will have better/faster ROI at a casino.

This thread has some weird responses. He isn't asking about mining.

I ran some affiliate traffic back when it was at the peak. Competitive but fairly profitable and I didn't know what the fuck I was talking about so it's not like it took much copy. Like any niche, it's really going to depend on how you intend to get the traffic.

it is. but depend on where your country target. best one is developing country where btc or crypto just start to flourish.
you can promote binance, coinbase aff link.

Btw for those saying crypto is Scam, you need to start learning more about crypto.. right now you can trade btc in wall street. and it's legal in many tier 1 country.
