Hey, is there anyway to open a polish bank account with an IBAN from abroad as i don't live in Europe, a service like Payoneer or Transferwise?

It’s not possible to open a bank account in a Polish bank when you don’t reside in Poland. Polish banking rules are very strict and even if you open an account by using an online banking application, you still have to sign an agreement by either visiting a branch or by accepting a courier who will bring a bank agreement for you to sign, and you must be in Poland for the courier to meet you.

You already answered your question. Use transferwise. Will work fine

I thought Poland was in the SEPA regions, you shouldn't have trouble sending money to any european accounts.
