most companies for all that work have a nice budget they give to the marketing team if its in house, if not they hire a company for a nice price. To come on board and just do all the work and hope for sales and payment might be a little far fetched unless you have an affiliate program in place. How do you pay the person marketing and branding the company? is it a flat rate per sale? is it a %?
