I had provided an informational topic to be written. The content was excellent, broken down into multiple headings, and well researched. I even ran it through Grammarly, and there were very few issues reported by the tool. It scored 85+, which is pretty good. Overall its excellent service.

I got a review copy. I threw them a curve-ball and asked them to research and write on a VERY niche/fringe topic. I just wanted to see what they would do. Not only did they do outstanding research and teach me a few new things in the article, but it was delivered quickly, and without the need for any real explanation on my part.
