This actually shouldn't be the question, the question should be,
How can we beat Google spys?
I've been personally Disturbed with the above question, because Google should be working with a lot of physical humans that spy on conversations pertaining thier alogarithm in BHW and beyond.
They might actually be fooling us by creating resourceful camouflage tools (looks good to us) that will inturn help them in fishing out those not adhering to their guidelines, also they can be proactive when they are served reports that bears a potential get-along tricks webmasters may discover.

I, personally think this way:

-Let them spy as much as they want, in the end, i am the one they depend on. You may be thinking "Haha, idiot, Google has too much money to care about you"

Let me tell y'all something: If we weren't here, Google wouldn't have money - haha, trust me, each person is a treasure for Google. Try moving to Bing and you start getting signals from "google" through different ways. I once got a letter saying "Why haven't you searched with us in the past xx weeks" (This is a short summary of what it was)

My point: Use Google to your benefit, allow them to think "They Are MINE" and you do business further HUehue
