If i am able to rank website with blackhat tactic, will that ranking stay for some time or will it outrank as soon as tactics stopped.
What is the expert opinion here.

Nothing is set in stone when it comes to SEO. Meaning, SEO is always evolving and changing.

Who knows what updates might roll in the next couple of months that can turn a highly effective strategy into an outdated one.

Regardless of whether it´s a white hat or a black hat.

I´ve seen drops in traffic even when only applying "white hat" stuff. So, applying black hat strategies it´s a time bomb that it´s only a matter of time before you open a thread here and start whining about how your traffic and fallen into the abyss due to a recent Google update.

On the other hand, I am NOT stating black hat strategies should not be used. I think they are better suited for churn & burn type of projects and NOT for growing and developing a long-term business.

I think you should try the white hat if You want to not get penalized or rollout by the google updates

Nothing is constant and that applies to everything regardless if it's BH or WH. One method that may work effectively may no longer work in the future.

It may last 1 week or 1 year.

No one knows.

If you can rank using blackhat tactics, try to maximize revenue and start other projects.

It's not constant but the both hats to hasbeen your workout for everyday and your
contribution is must.

If you want steady ranking, blackhat or whitehat anything should be done regularly.

Even google doesn't know how long you can be on top.
If you choose the blackhat technique it will get vanished totally soon. But we can not predict the time frame.

It's hard to be on top for general keywords, it also depends on competition. Make your work consistently.

Who knows?
But may not last much long. An update can perish traffic.

it is impossible to predict, so ALWAYS BE TESTING

Like it's been pointed out already, SEO is always changing so regardless of black hat/white hat, no one can tell you how long your rankings will remain.

But if by black hat you mean 100% black hat like GSA links, cheap crappy PBNs, keyword stuffing etc then don't expect to last long.

It depends, on many things, way too many.

There is no guarantee even if you go with white hat technique.
