Paypal is constantly failing.

I entered and approved the virtual card. However, I get an error when I want to add paypal to the place I will shoot.

"We're sorry. We were unable to set up pre-approved payments. Please try again later. Please return to the seller's website and choose another way to pay."

I have been dealing for 1 day, I could not cope.

I could not understand, how paypal is failing because of this technical error. This is just one case, it has nothing to do with the future of paypal.

It is not about paypal. You can't subscribe to services due to your account. Contact the seller you want to buy subs. and tell them you can't subscribe instead you can send them payment directly to their paypal account. Maybe they will help you out.

Did you try contacting support? Over the last few years it has gotten a lot better and responsive, I have had several issues resolved quickly by setting up a support call with them, or you can contact the seller to arrange a different payment option.
