Most of the channels failed to pass the review. I bought a channel that others passed to monetize, but it was often cancelled for monetization.

thats it you just have to play the game with youtube now - people are waiting 6 months + for partnership approval

best way right now in June 2020 is to create original content - try to schedule content for as long as possible and then either pay someone to place google ads views for you (DM me) or do it yourself. Finally when you reach the youtube partnership requirements - do not apply straight away, instead continue to post your scheduled content that is high quality and original - do this for some months and then apply for your partnership and you will be guaranteed to be accepted quickly.

Just record video of a water stream or the sky or anything like that for 10 mins and loop it 7-10 times to make it longer. So, it will be safe and unique as well.

Not even required to add any audio. The sound while recording should be enough. Or you can even mute it, it doesn't really matter.

Is there a pattern, that after the same number of days a channel is rejected or accepted?

I ask because when I try to remonetize my channels, every time I'm rejected after 7 days.
