Do you engage a VA to help you source?
Do you pay a premium to 3rd party sellers?
Do you source it yourself?

I am looking for an economical way as my domain seller increase each domain price by $20-$30 . Any suggestions will be helpful

You need to come up with a unique way of finding domains. Find a guide and add a golden twist to it.

Expensive and time consuming, isn't it? I used to do that.

Any guides to introduce?

There aren't really any twists or anything to be applied. Scraped domains are what they are these days. You can go through my sales thread and check the regular list of scraped domains to quickly check metrics and see pretty much the best (in the clean department) the internet has to offer for free registration (which is not much anymore).

So at this point, if you are going after quality, it's auction only. And there you will always pay premium. Not to mention, with some basic filters and cleanliness checks, you are left with maybe 30 - 50 decent domains to bid on a week. Which, again, isn't much either.

You can also try drop catching the domains, but that involves a lot of work and you won't catch much. Or you can try backorders and pray that nobody else will backorder the domains you want, so they won't enter the public auctions.

High demand, non existent supply.

I just buy them here in the Marketplace, less headache and I know for sure they are clean.

The problem is not FINDING expired domains you can use for your PBN

The challenge is finding domains with little to NO SPAM backlinks

When buying from others they are not that expensive, when auctioning you're damn right they are, especially if you get a competitor that really wants the same domain as you.

You can try in marketplace. I know for sure they are clean and good one:).

2 VAs are doing that for me. They are also responsible for setting up clean looking sites without footprints.
