Hi, we unfortunately recently had an issues with our server provider, but everything is resolved now. It should only have affected private proxy users the past Friday (12.06.2020).
As I understand, you were able to leave a message at the end, if i'm mistaken please contact me here through private messages.

I had finished testing your private proxies but it seem same error are occurred
May I know when you will fixing this problem ?

I had cancelling my automatic payment since this problems already occurred almost a week without any support available and right now all private proxies are only shown 1 ip address with different ports, lol

I think that you might have just reached your traffic limit (as there is one for private proxies on our website).
Our team is working on an update, to let users monitor their use in the dashboard which should be live tomorrow.
The reason you get one ip address with different ports for private proxies is to make allocation of proxies, and also for us to correctly account for traffic use.
That ip address is of a rerouting proxy. If you were to connect to any of those proxies in your private list, and check ip address you would see that there is a different one on each port.
