Same here. I am also experiencing lots of downtime lately. I opened a support ticket asking about it but he says that he doesn't see any issue and thinks that I might be hitting limits. My site only get around 25-50 views per day which even a free host can handle.

Even right now, all my sites are down and I can't do anything. This really sucks. Guess will have to find a new host.

Please submit a support ticket, these posts were on Wednesday this week around 8am Central when a kernel upgrade was occurring. We're more than glad to help at anytime, just submit a ticket. We're not on BHW 24/7 to support, we are on our own platform ready to help if there are issues.
