Someone to send emails

I don't want your service where you set up servers to use or any of that.
I want to pay you per 1k of emails im sending and the list is about 18k and growing past customers from sales SOI list. If you can do this let me know and I'll be likely sending 4-5 of these blasts a month.

Inbox rate will need to be >90% preferably or close. I'll have tester emails sprinkled to test.
