Total pageviews till today : 94,682 (wordpress stats, I don't use Google Analytics)

Usual earnings per day : $5-$8

Usual daily pageviews : 4000-5000 (9314 being highest)

Traffic sources : 90% Google, 10% from Facebook+Pinterest+Twitter

Audience : More than 95% is from USA, UK, Canada & Australia

If RPM remains this way, I'm afraid I can reach my goal of $30 per day by the end of August.

Shall I sell my website guys? I think I will make $180-$230 this June 2020. I'm in an entertainment niche so what do you think, how much will I get after selling it?

Update Time

Yesterday I got the highest pageviews till date - 9504 per wordpress stats

One of my article that I had ranked on #2 is now pushed to page 2 of Google because many news sites started covering that topic otherwise I could have got 11K+ pageviews yesterday.

Earnings of last 30 days : $148

Now the usual earnings are $7-$9. RPM is still low, not even $1. I have added Google Analytics code today because Ezoic and Mediavine needs the analytics data for approval.

Total pageviews till date : 164543 (28th April 2020 - 13th June 2020)

I have already covered the website expenses ($150 for writers).

I want to know from you guys, how much should I be making by flipping this website once it starts earning $10 steady. I'm asking this because I have never flipped any sites till date.

Don't sell the site, yet. If your main goal was to sell the site then selling it at $30/day would be selling yourself short. Sell it when it starts earning 100+ a day and you will get triple what you would at $30.

Thanks man! Yes, I think I'm good at keyword research. For this site, I'm targeting trending topics (I heavily use Google Trends) so it's fairly easy to rank but again news sites are messing up my rankings. As my 90%+ traffic is from USA, I was expecting like $25-$30 with these amount of pageviews (5K-6K a day). It's not buyer intent topic but still I think I should make above $15. Don't know if pandemic is the reason for this. So I just thought to sell it because making $30 per day with less than $1 RPM will take at least 6-7 months or even more unless I get some very good keywords. Anyways, thanks for your suggestions.

*Share some tips

1) Always use Google trends.
2) In Google trends, try to find different KWs using various filters like country, time range etc.
3) You can also use concatenation in Google trends like shoes+sneakers+cheap+shoes deals etc to get even more ideas.
4) Before writing on any topic, search it on Google trends and check its trend of last 12 or 6 months. If it's steady or increasing, you can write on it.
5) As I mostly write on low competition KWs, I usually create a post on Facebook, Pinterest and index those with Backlink indexers and these 2-3 lines posts end up ranking above my money sites, yeah that's an irony and sadly that's the way google works. So even if Google messes up with algorithms, the Facebook & pinterest are always up on SERP. Trust me backlink indexers are gem if you know how to use them. Many people on BHW says that if something is not indexing naturally, then that link is not worth but this is not true at all. By the way, I'm not using this strategy for this website for others, yes I do and I do aggressively.
