What happens after first 3 sales on amazon affiliate?

I've recently completed the first 3 orders on my amazon affiliate account.
but, what now?
Will my account be automatically approved?
Or do I have to apply for approval?
If so, how do I do it?

The worst part is that you can be rejected and you won't know about it until they send you an email

Maybe he should continue puting in one review a week to make it look legit until they approve him.
