My live chat is getting spammed with porn

Hello everyone, I'm a long time lurker here but I finally decided to sign up and ask if any of you has encountered/still encounters this issue the past weeks/months.

Basically I own a fairly popular website where I provide SEO and SMM services to my clients. Recently my live chat started getting bombared with porn content and I can't find a solution to stop it. All of my live chat support team complains about this on a daily basis and the only thing I can do is to stop the live chat support for a while and the moment I turn it back on - the porn starts spreading again.

What's crazy about this bot is that it's a mix of porn content and text. Here is an example of a recent live chat session:

- Hello, how can I help you?
- I'm interested in purchasing Instagram likes but I have an issue
- What's the issue
- Here it is:
* sends a porn pic*

Am I the only one getting this stuff? Any ideas how to fight it?

Seems like automated thing. Are you able to add any Captcha before they access your Live chat or something like that? If they dont use captcha resolver then that might help you from getting spammed

you just need to make it so people cannot send images unless its required

Else, change the chat plugin...

You should be moderating post before they get approved

I saw one at lots of FB groups just show a sexy girl " maybe pro or doing porno ones , I don't know " is actually on Live but i see again is recorded ,
i saw a shorten url but i never click.

Did you even read what his problem is?

reCaptcha should solve your problem unless the spammer is really determined to screw you.
