I think there are professionals who sell these kind of fake accounts, you can try checking in the BHW marketplace. You can also create profiles manually on your own, but you'd need to invest time and money on new devices and good quality 4G mobile proxies.

You can find a few service that sell linedin accounts in misc section of market place by using bhw search button on top right.
