Not to happy with my order.

-Seller took over 4 weeks to complete my order, I had to follow up after 30 days to get it complete.
-A completely different description was posted on my GMB listing. A description for a plumbing and bathtub refinishing company was posted as my description meanwhile my GMB listing is supposed to be for financial services. I also provided a description I would of liked to be used.
-The hours I provided were not used.
-The seller selected a residential home address for the business listing...

I emailed the seller how this can be fixed and I never received a reply...

Google had basically shut down the editing of GMB's because of covid and staffing shortages, things are just starting again now so you really cant blame the sellers, blame Google or covid for this slowdown.

The completely wrong description was posted. A description unrelated to my company and area of the GMB listing.

Can we have your order number ? Please send in pm we will resolve your problem as soon as well. Also Due to COVID-19 google is not allowing any editing and hard to getting approvals. It's long queue for approvals and sometimes we have to contact them many times, that's why it's taking too much time.

I PMEd you on May 23rd. My issue has still not been resolved. I just sent you an email and another PM.

When is my issue going to be resolved? I paid $150 USD for a service that was not completed as promised. The completely wrong description was posted aswell as hours for my business.
